In fact, there is a button in the menu with title “Restore Purchase” which appears when you tap the info button on the top right corner of the digital clock app. The clock is good and as others have said, one of the few with seconds included. Work is needed still to simplify contacting support as a customer. I am splitting the difference and giving them a 3. Must be they fixed it because my purchase has finally been restored. I just got the notification that Google Ads responded and in defense of their response, they were not made aware that I had already tried the Restore Purchase twice. A couple of days later (yesterday) I pushed the tab again: same result. A message flashed telling me my purchase restored except the ads remained. I pressed the tab for Restore Purchase as soon as possible after reinstalling the App. Today I am giving them a 1 until they resolve my problem. There were no options or protection for a consumer. That didn’t surprise me but when I attempted to contact Google Ads I was taken into an endless loop of horror that in the end assumed I was the advertiser. Yesterday I had to restore my phone and reinstall the digital clock. Up until yesterday I would have given it a 5.
